Higher Sperm Count
Even when you are not planning on having babies just yet (or if you are), you want to make sure your lineage will be able to continue. For such a thing to happen, you need to make sure your sperm count is up and running smoothly. However, there are several habits men must incorporate to their lives to make that sperm count sky-high. After all, your magic wand might already be on generic Viagra and what not; you want it to work for other stuff other than sex too.
Even when having sex as much as possible is absolutely awesome and all men love the idea of going at it all night, all day and everything in between, truth is the body needs time to regroup and produce more swimmers. Every time a man ejaculates, his body releases a healthy batch of sperm. The more times you ejaculate in a day, the more the body has to work on producing new ones.
This is specially true for older guys. So, even when you love getting it on with your lady, leave a two or three day break before trying to get pregnant. The same goes for solo action. If you masturbate regularly, avoid doing so days before you attempt to get pregnant. This way your sperm count is a tad more hefty.
No matter how good a mood it puts you on or how much you crave one after a hard day’s work, leave drinking and smoking for some other time. The body needs to be in top most condition and you really don’t want to risk it. These habits take a hard hit on sperm production, hence they lower your chances of producing healthy, fast-swimming sperm.
Exercise is an obvious suggestion; the more fit and fat-free your body is, the better and more sperm it can produce. Besides overall physical activity, consider PC exercises. These help your ejaculate to reach further and better, therefore scoring more chances of getting that belly pregnant.
With exercise come eating habits. The more nutritious foods you eat, the better. These too help you keep healthy body weight and provide a better and more nutrient-packed environment for the baby to grow in. A healthy mom and dad are more likely to make a healthy baby.
Take a quick look at your underwear drawer; loose fitting boxer shorts or similar underwear that keep your crotch area cool and free are more getting-pregnant-friendly. Overheating of the testicles can cause complications in sperm production. Also, avoid saunas or showering or swimming in hot water. This too may prevent full-proof sperm production.
If you want to make sure you and your sperm are okay to go, ask your physician about a sperm count testing and how this can help you get a better chance of getting pregnant faster.
