There are few pharmaceutical products that had such an enthusiastic impact on people like Generic Viagra did when it was launched on the market. Sexual problems finally found their solution. But the odyssey of this wonder-drug begun only after it  was widely used by people all over the world. This also gave the possibility to doctors and researchers to make several discoveries about the real virtues, risks or unhappy results of the miraculous blue pill. A very important study on this matter was made by a group of french doctors, guided by doctor Ronald Virag. The results were published in specialized magazines all over the world. But what do the french say about this drug?

The statistics show that during a year, in France, there have been over 250,000 patients that have been prescribed Generic Viagra and 13 of them died because of the treatment. Obviously, people who had cardiovascular problems or who were on other medical treatments that excluded the possibility of taking Viagra were not allowed to take the blue pill.
Two studies made during 3 months by a french medical center on 316 patients who were treated with Generic Viagra regularly, showed that only 40% of the subjects declared that they are satisfied with the result and had no side effects, while 30% of the patients reported headaches, nasal congestion, an unpleasant heat sensation and digestive problems. There were no deaths.

The explanation is that the molecule in Generic Viagra, called Sidenafil has an effect not only in the erectile tissue, but also on other organs such as the eye, the nose, the digestive tract because they contain receptors almost identical to the ones found in the erectile tissue.
French doctors consider that the most indicated patients for a Generic Viagra treatment are the ones who have a sexual life with a stable partner, with moderate erectile dysfunction (vascular or neurological) without deep psychological implications. But most of all, doctors recommend a complete medical exam before you buy Viagra.

Diabetes and ED

Erectile dysfunction can stem from any number of things including stress, neurological problems in the genital area and simply older age.  When a person has diabetes this can also have a significant effect on maintaining an erection. In this case medications may be able to help. In fact men who have diabetes have a much greater chance of developing erectile dysfunction than men who do not have diabetes because of the difference in blood flow that occurs within the bodies of these men.  This includes the blood flow to the penis.  Poor blood flow to the penis can not only lead to a man not being able to sustain an erection but to a man not being able to even have one in the first place. In regards to this, diabetes can amplify the effect of erectile dysfunction many times over and makes it considerably more difficult to perform sexually without Help.  In addition to this, those who have diabetes and do not take measures to control their symptoms can cause damage to nerves within the body including those within the penis.  Other damage diabetes can cause includes damage to the organs through the increased risk of heart and artery diseases.

Many people that have diabetes can also have blood and artery diseases that can restrict blood flow to the body and in turn, the penis. Some pills works to help remedy this restricted blood flow as it can cause men suffering from diabetes to also suffer from erectile dysfunction as well.  Abusing drugs or alcohol can also amplify this effect in men of all ages.  Taking care of your body is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and also a healthy sex life.  Destructive habits like smoking can increase the chances of developing erectile dysfunction not to mention other health problems such as cancer.  As men with diabetes must be careful to control their blood sugar as well as consider lifestyle changes life can be that much harder for them, especially when erectile dysfunction is involved. Viagra can be a safe addition to make life easier for those with diabetes suffering from ED.

The question is why do people prefer to think that Viagra is just for elderly men? Is it a sincere thought or is it just a statement that protects feeble egos? The truth is most of the people who suffer from ED are over the age of 60 but the  ones who are below that age limit are not very few either. The lifestyle imposed by modern times has taken and is still taking its toll. Many people have weight problems, others are just very stressed or depressed and blood circulation problems tend to appear at an early age. While Viagra does not fix all these problems, what it does is it helps people who cannot get or maintain an erection. Generic  Viagra contain Sildenafil Citrate as an active agent and it is not the only ED pill based on Sildenafil. However, it seems to remain the most popular ED pill, probably due to its long tested and proven effectiveness.

Where can one get Viagra? Well, that’s quite simple really: in any offline or online pharmacy. What you should know is that in order to Buy Viagra you usually need a prescription from your doctor. That is a good thing really because only the doctor can actually tell if Viagra is suitable for you, taking into consideration your health and medical history. For instance people with severe heart, liver or kidney problems or those who have suffered a stroke or are on the verge of suffering one should not take Viagra Without Prescription.

Online pharmacies will require you to fill in some forms, in which you will be asked questions about your health and medical history. Try to answer the questions thoroughly, without any embellishment or omission, as it is for your own good and all the information will be kept confidential. Then you can enjoy Viagra! Many people prefer to order it online, to get it more discretely. And also, if you order it online you are very likely to get some discounts.

Most men would like to have the best sexual experiences possible, but are not aware that there is more to it than just taking Generic Viagra. While the drug will make a tremendous change for a man with impotence or erectile dysfunction, there still exist ways for the man to increase his sexual performance level. Learning these basic methods and actions will help him to make the most of  Viagra Without Prescription and put him light years ahead of his competition when it comes to his sexual prowess.

The first addition to generic Viagra is simple. The health and sexual benefits of exercise are well documented and a man will discover that even a little time spent in the gym or exercising will go a long way to improving his sexual experience. The reason that exercising works so well in conjunction with generic Viagra is that the drug actually improves exercise capability as well as sexual function. Because the same effect is found in the lungs as well as the penis, the man will have better blood flow and his breathing will be less labored. Because stamina is such a desirable trait in sex, combination of exercise and generic Viagra will have a man going longer than he ever thought possible.

Another way that a man can do something to improve his sex life is to watch his diet. If you Buy Viagra regularly, eating a regular diet that is healthy in vitamins and minerals will not only change his overall health for the better, but will also have a direct result in the bedroom. Eating light meals rather than large fatty ones will improve how the drug is absorbed in the body and the end result will be that the man is better prepared for sexual action than ever before.

Why Not

If you are suffering from erectile dysfunction, you’ve probably considered to Buy Viagra as a treatment option. For many men with impotence, however, the decision to begin a routine of erectile dysfunction treatment is not that simple. Erectile dysfunction is pretty much always caused by another overarching health condition; some common conditions that may cause impotence are diabetes, depression or anxiety, prostate cancer, alcoholism, artherosclerosis, poor circulation, and many other conditions. Men who suffer from impotence as a result of one or more of these conditions may be hesitant to start a new medication, for fear that it will interact with their current medications or affect the overarching condition that has caused their erectile dysfunction. Sure, impotence can be treated, but at what cost to your health? Well, now with Viagra, there’s actually very little cost to your health associated with starting an erectile dysfunction treatment.

It contains a chemical called Sildenafil Citrate that was originally developed for pulmonary hypertension, but which was quickly found to treat impotence in a similar manner. Sildenafil Citrate has a unique mechanism of action that allows it to safely increase the rate of circulation throughout the body without taxing the heart. It does this by working with a natural bodily process, rather than against natural processes, as many pharmaceuticals do. This natural process involves an enzyme called PDE-5 which, when released, causes blood to draw back from external appendages like fingers and toes and return to the major circulatory route. Generally, this is an important enzyme for ensuring proper bodily function, but for men with erectile dysfunction, it can mean the difference between a successful night and an unsuccessful night. Because the release of PDE-5 causes a loss of blood in the penis and other areas of the body, the mechanism of action of Viagra that inhibits this enzyme indirectly results in a more adequate flow of blood to these areas. Because it works with your body rather than against your body, Viagra has almost no side effects or contraindications and is safe to be taken by almost anyone.
