We just can’t seem to get enough of our boys: how fast they are and how imminently they could fertilize the land of women if we wanted to. After all, every man seems to think their juice could become the all-mighty, human race savior if someone let them. However, men’s truth is somewhat of a different reality. With an increase in male reproductive conditions and complications produced by stress, pollution and congenital defects, men’s health might not be all that and then some. One of these problems is good, hefty sperm count, and here is what every boy should be in the look out for, concerning sperm.
The ultimate and only means of transportation sperm has is semen. The more sperm there is in your semen the more fertile you are. Experts actually believe a good amount of sperm per millimeter of semen rounds up to a grand 20 million sperm. But fool your self not; as with all good things quantity is not everything. Specialists in the matter believe that healthy and strong sperm is also a relevant factor in sperm’s capacity to fertilize eggs. With sperm counts there is no booster, no generic Viagra to come in and save the day.
Even when a lot of ladies say looks are not everything, they might have not been on the right track here. Sperm is also judged by its appearance, and in terms of good a healthy sperm, the way these look matters. Roundness of the head, proper oval shape and well-tailored tails are important factors in determining whether one of the guys has what it takes to finish the race successfully. After all, those aerodynamic heads and fast-moving tails are what makes one of these little fellows reach the Mother Load before others.
Though your sperm likes a lady’s warm place, there are other kinds of heat that are not quite appreciated. Excessive temperatures are not sperm’s best friend; therefore, if looking to conceive, the sauna might not be the ideal place to get your swimmers stroking for the gold. The same goes for hot baths. Though romantic, soaking your birth suit over thirty minutes can really be a spoiler on your boys. Try prepping a bath for her after a long day’s work. You are better off joining the action after she comes out of the tub. Plus, that type of bubble action will certainly set the mood for some much deserved appreciation act.
Drugs are a no-no. But you already knew that. And by drugs, I mean not only illicit drugs but also those socially acceptable like smoking and drinking. Alcohol, cigarettes, illicit drugs, and even steroids can deter your sex platoon from achieving their mission. A surprisingly harmful external agent that too can interfere with the lovely baby-making process is lubricant. Synthetic and even saliva can before somewhat of a barrier for sperm to properly endure its task.
So there you go. If ever concerned with your sperm count or sperm’s health, perhaps it would be better to consult with a certified specialist or physician. To prevent low sperm counts or faulty soldiers, it is advisable that you incur in a healthy diet, a lot of exercise and avoid excessive consumption of harmful substances, including both licit and illicit drugs.
