For men with impotence, the choices so far have been to take Sildenafil citrate (Viagra) or Cialis. Not only are these drugs very expensive but they also have rare disturbing side effects. Now, there are many alternative drugs for impotence which are claimed to be a lot cheaper and safer than Sildenafil Citrate.
The most widely sold alternative drugs for impotence include Suhagra, Progra, Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta. These drugs are available as a tablet and work in the same way as Viagra or cialis. Like Viagra these pills work by potentiating an erectile function only when the male is sexually aroused.
Work done in laboratories reveals that Progra, Zenegra and silagra work by increasing blood flow to the penis. The increased blood flow is then responsible for the erection. The greater the blood flow, the stronger the erection. Consumer should understand that Kamgra, Caverta, silagra or Zenegra are not aphrodisiacs or sex hormones. These drugs can only cause an erection when the male is sexually aroused. Simply taking one of these pills does not mean that the male will have an erection.
Like Viagra and cialis, one should take Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta at least 45-60 minutes prior to anticipated sexual intercourse. It may take longer if you take it with a meal. Any type of fatty meal will delay absorption of these pills and delay the onset of erection. Thus, experts recommend that these pills be taken with water. The duration of erection varies from 1-4 hours but rarely does it last for more than 6 hours. There are individuals in whom one pill may not work but instead of taking another pill right away, it is better to wait at least 2-3 hours. Unfortunately, despite all the hype, Vigora, Enthusia, Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta do not work in everyone. Some men have other causes of impotence that does not respond to these pills. While the exact numbers are not available, it is estimated that Vigora, Enthusia, Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta® do not work in at least 10-20 percent of adult males. Thes pills are recommended for men of all ages, except children.
Consumers should understand that Vigora, Enthusia, Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta® do not protect against sexually transmitted disease and hence safe sex measures should be undertaken. This means wearing a condom.
While all healthy males can take Vigora, Enthusia, Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta®, there are some men who should first seek medical advice from a physician prior to taking these pills. Individuals who have had a prior stroke, diabetes, heart disease or are taking a variety of heart medications should discuss with a health care provider if it is safe to take these pills. Moreover, one should not combine Vigora, Enthusia, Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta® with other pills like cialis or Viagra. Some of the side effects of these pills include a fast heart rate, dizziness, lightheaded sensation and flushing of the body. These effects are transient and rapidly disappear.
At the moment Vigora, Enthusia, Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta®, are not recommended for women who have decreased libido. Vigora, Enthusia, Zenegra, Silagra, Kamagra & Caverta® do not require a prescription and are available from many online pharmacies and health food stores. Other newer alternative pills to treat impotence include Forzest, Tadamax & Tadacip (Tadalafil). It is claimed that these pills cause an erection which lasts anywhere from 8-16 hours.
