Arousal is as much about the mental aspects of you and your partner’s relationship as it is the physical. There are numerous methods of arousal that can cause men to experience erections. Some are attracted to women, some are attracted to men. Others may wish to incorporate fetishes and food into the mix, while others would prefer multiple partners. For all of these methods of attraction, a man must be into it as much mentally and emotionally as he is physically. But when a man contracts erectile dysfunction, he can start to feel inadequate and even question who he is.
