When pimping up your style for full formal affairs, the classic and chic can often be overshadowed by the tacky and eclectic. Though a sign of personal style is always a good thing to have in terms of wardrobe, simple lines, clean cut suits and classy ties, shirts and shoes make up for one amazing looking man. And that, my friend, is the man you want to look like. While today’s styles and fashion trends sometimes point otherwise, it is one of fashion world’s commandments to always look good. And looking good is, without a doubt, easily achieved with a sharp, great fitting suit and a crisp white shirt. The rest is up to you and your beautiful personality.Formal, black tie events are often required for equally formal events. The whole idea behind formal events and their corresponding dress code is achieving a certain level of solemness and grandeur to a given occasion. Men, long used as backdrop for the wonderful and creative dresses of women, jewelry, hair styling and accessories included, have stubbornly try to turn the tables on our dear Christmas tree ladies. However, time and again, elegance in terms of manliness, shows best when the man is a great perch for great clothes, instead of the clothes making the man.

Of course, men are more often concerned with the newest generic Viagra treatment than they are about grooming their nose hair. However, good clothes do go a long way, no matter how much we hate wearing a tie. A good suit can provide better structure to an otherwise average built and adds poise to the elsewhere common man lacking posture and good looks. Men should know women are looking for the way males carry themselves over Nature’s favor invested upon them. Looks are a very relative aspect in men, in the eyes of women anyway. While beauty in women is something most men are drastically black or white about, a man otherwise considered plain or average by his fellow friends could prove attractive to women. A black tie getup is just the perfect frame to exhibit the work of art you are.

Basic male grooming rituals can help oomph your sex appeal. Shaving with enough time in advance, taking off unnecessary or inappropriate jewelry, removing protruding nose and ear hair, using discrete amounts of cologne and favoring natural color and healthy skin are among the more obvious grooming tasks for men to look their best at formal affairs and every day life for that matter. A great recommendation for tough beard men is getting a professionally done shave. Take your time to get to the barber shop and have your barber go through the whole shaving process: from hot towel pore cleansing to old-fashioned brush shaving cream and blade, this one is sure to last longer and make you look sharper.

Big nono’s tons of men have addopted nowadays include fake tanning, over pluked eyebrows, shinny or leather suits, flashy color shirts and the so-called alternative or rock glam tuxedos and suits, adorned with more bling than their dates are wearing . Tuxedo look-alike t-shirts are to remain in your closet’s drawer unless you want to make a fool of yourself. Yes, these may seem appropriate in a boy rock band music video, or even MTV Music Awards’  red carpet tantrums. But no self-respected man’s man makes himself look like a food on purpose. You do want the ladies to notice you for all the right reasons, don’t you?
