Fit Christmas

Thinking ahead on the upcoming holiday season, there are some things most men like to prepare themselves for: drinking and eating. My buddies are already starting to talk about what to get their partners for Christmas and sharing tips on how to beat last minute delivery rushes and so on. Most people tend to change their routines during the holidays, their regular days at the gym are switched for drink at Joan’s or dinner at the Andrews’. Since we also change our food intake in kind and amount, there are really cool gifts we can ask for that will also be pretty fun to have.
Men already worry about having the right kind of clothes, the nice smelling cologne, good bed performance (with help or no help from generic Viagra) and a great attitude. Taking care of our bodies is one of the things we do to make all of the before mentioned better. Why not make our Christmas and motivate us to keep looking our best?
Even when you are not an outdoorsy guy, you are sure to be a cool gadget lover. Most men can appreciate a nice sports watch or fancy sports shoes. Those who are already in love with any or every sport know what I’m talking about; those of you who don’t, let yourselves get carried away by the cool gadgets and fancy accessories and gear most sports practices have to offer.
Any type of gear like sports wear, shoes or accessories are welcome to any man’s closet. Make sure your sweetie knows this. There is nothing nicer than getting a brand new dry-fit running shirt or aerodynamic sunglasses. Whatever you can wear while working out or training will make you feel good, prepared, comfortable and certainly cool and confident.
As with sports clothes and footwear, accessories can be the most appealing of sports gear. Anything from sunglasses to sweat bands, heart rate monitors, watches, water bottles, holders, and so on. Depending on the kind of sport you practice, you’ll want to instruct your lady in the world of biking accessories for example. Something as simple as a comfortable iPod arm holder can make your morning run oh-so much nicer.
Gear is essential for the exercise lover. And for the beginner, having a brand new set of weights might even inspire the laziest of couch potatoes to do something about that beer belly of theirs. A nice set of weights or a sleek looking treadmill are most likely welcomed to any man’s home gym or rec room.
Even a yearly subscription to one of the best male fitness magazines can be a great gift for guys. If you have made a habit out of reading one of the many fitness or health magazines for men, a yearly subscription can make a great addition to your bathroom literature. Noticing your interests might even be a gain for her. You are getting a stronger looking body. She won’t say no to that.
