In more traditional and patriarchal societies, they are expected to be the ones who bring money in the household. Men are supposed to solve the most difficult problems and are perceived as the strong figures of the family – the ones with the answers to everything. Solving complex issues has always been a job undertaken by men. However, as society has changed, fierce competition from women to occupy higher rankings has increased.
