We somehow got used to the idea that men should be dating women that are shorter than them. In our society, height and height differences between two partners seems to be perceived as natural only if the man is taller than the woman. Men and tall women have made great couples since forever, regardless of the height of the man. The whole tall man and shorter woman puts pressure on the female side as well. Many tall women, although sexy with their super long legs and envied by shorter ones, have a low self esteem because of their height. Some of these tall women may feel like they are too tall to find the right date and when they do find a guy they like, in comes society to allegedly prove them wrong. All because of that “perfect couple” idea catalogs, TV ads and marketing have sold for years.

But what is it with tall women that attract men? Beyond all the unseen attributes that these women have, they seem to be the choice of many men around the world. The long legs and the super model likeness seem to be among the top qualities that attract men to tall women. And moreover, men who date taller women are perceived differently in society. They are usually seen as more confident men and with a different attitude in a positive way given that approaching tall women is considered a challenge.

But in the end, the best tall girlfriend qualities are usually not the first things to pop into men’s minds. Your generic Viagra can work as effectively on a hot supermodel type. Beyond the long legs and sex appeal there are many other attributes that these women have and which can be exploited by the clever men.
